The extended 44th session of the World Heritage Committee kicked off on July 16, 2021 in Fuzhou, Fujian Province. At that night, the opening gala of the session titled Fuzhou Welcomes Guests from around the World was presented at the Fuzhou Strait Culture and Art Center. Rich in culture and Fujian elements, the performance had exquisite stage designs, which brought a new visual impact to the audience. The MV for the theme song Shared Future presented by the Fujian Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism was officially released on July 18, 2021.
