Located at 5 Zhonghua Road, Kulangsu Island, it is a public welfare cultural site of Kulangsu, undertaking various public welfare exhibitions of Kulangsu. The achievements of Kulangsu world cultural heritage conseravtion will be displayed here during the extended 44th session of the World Heritage Committee.
