Located in Buyun Township, Shanghang County, the South China Tiger Park Ecological Tourism Zone of Meihua Mountain has an average altitude of 1,250 meters. The average temperature in summer is between 22℃ and 26℃, so it is known as a natural oxygen bar. It has established the first batch of national ecotourism demonstration area, national 4A-level scenic spot, research and practice education base for primary and secondary school students in Fujian Province, five-star forest family in Fujian Province, on-site teaching point for Party member and cadre education in Longyan City. Meihua Mountain is the hometown of South China Tiger. The scenic area covers more than ten natural scenic spots such as the South China Tiger Park, the Millennium Taxus Ecological Park, the Buyun Ropeway, the Monkey Park, the Herbivorous Animal Area, and the Glass Plane Road.
